Description of Services
Through the Site, we provide:
- Information about our roofing, siding, and exterior services.
- A free online roof-estimate tool that provides a rough, non-binding price range using satellite/aerial imagery and information you provide.
- "Ridge," an AI-powered chat assistant that answers general roofing questions and can put together a rough estimate.
- A way to request a free, in-person estimate or inspection and submit your contact information.
Estimates Are Not Final Quotes
Any price range generated by our online estimator or by Ridge is a rough estimate only, based on satellite imagery, aerial measurement data, and information you provide. It is not a binding quote or contract. Actual roof size, condition, material availability, labor, code requirements, and other job-specific factors can only be confirmed with an in-person, on-site inspection. Final pricing, scope of work, and terms are provided in a written proposal after that inspection.
Our AI Chat Assistant, "Ridge"
- Ridge is an artificial intelligence tool, not a human, and not a licensed contractor, engineer, insurance agent, or attorney.
- Ridge's responses are generated automatically and, while we work to make them accurate and helpful, they may occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or mistaken. Ridge cannot see or evaluate photos you upload, cannot diagnose the condition or safety of your roof, and does not provide legal, insurance, financial, or engineering advice.
- Nothing Ridge says is a substitute for an in-person inspection by a licensed professional, and it should not be your sole basis for any roofing, financial, insurance, or safety decision.
- Please don't submit sensitive information — like a Social Security number, or full financial account or credit card numbers — through the chat.
- We may use tools to detect and prevent automated or abusive use of the chat (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) and may rate-limit or restrict access to protect the Site and our business.
User Conduct
When using the Site, the estimate tool, or Ridge, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use the Site or chat for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our chat assistant, or related systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Site without our written permission.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
Financing
We may reference third-party financing options (such as GreenSky) or discuss in-house financing on a project-by-project basis. Any financing is subject to credit approval and the terms set by the applicable lender. We don't guarantee approval, specific rates, or terms, and any financing agreement is between you and the lender — or, for in-house financing, subject to a separate written agreement with us.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Walker's Quality Roofing name and branding, and the design of the Site — are owned by or licensed to Walkers Quality Roofing, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Content You Submit
If you submit photos, messages, project details, or other content to us through the Site or chat, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to provide you an estimate, communicate with you about your project, and improve our services. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Google Maps, our Client Portal (GetProSpace), and financing partners. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, THE ONLINE ESTIMATE TOOL, AND RIDGE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ESTIMATE OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE OR RIDGE WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
This disclaimer does not apply to the separate written workmanship and manufacturer warranties we provide on completed roofing projects, which are governed by the terms of your signed project proposal or contract, not by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALKERS QUALITY ROOFING, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE ONLINE ESTIMATE TOOL, OR RIDGE — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY ESTIMATE OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THEM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT AFFECT ANY SEPARATE WARRANTY OR LIABILITY TERMS IN A SIGNED PROJECT CONTRACT FOR ACTUAL ROOFING WORK.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walkers Quality Roofing, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of false or fraudulent information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Severability
